The CUMC SWAT team is a group of moms who are planning local service projects for our youth each quarter.
Coming up:
    Angel Tree Shop & Wrap Party, Dec. 7 @ 3:30-6:00 pm
         -meet at CUMC and then head out to buy presents for kids who wouldn't have one otherwise.  Then back to the church to wrap and eat tacos while we learn more about Angel Tree Ministry.

"Uprising" is a series of just for fun events where youth can come and hang out, have fun, make friends and invite friends.
November's Events
     -Sr. High: Turkey Bowl (Nov. 9 @ 2:00-3:30 pm) @ CHS stadium
          -our annual co-ed flag football game.  We are playing St. Marks UMC (the other UMC church in carmel).
     -Jr. High: Movie Night, Wall-E (Nov. 16 @ 4:30-6:30 pm)
          -watching a movie, making popcorn, hanging out with friends in the "underground" youth center
December's Event

Carmel UMC's youth ministries (commonly know as CUMC) is for 6th-12th grade students.
We offer a huge assortment of events, trips, retreats, worship, and bible study...we hope to offer something for everyone. 
This website is the BEST place to get current info on what's going on with CUMC.  We will try our best to keep this info as current as possible and fill it with resources like forms that you might need and links to other websites that we think will help you.

Hello, families! 

I am attaching the 2008 Blend Class schedule (now until Dec.) and the 2009 Confirmation Class schedule (Jan.-May).  Even though it seems as if these are two separate classes, in truth they are meant to work together so that your child will be ready to jump into full church membership after being confirmed in May! 

Youth Small Groups, or "Life Groups" will be starting up again in the Fall and meet weekly.
Groups are seperated by age group and gender and are led by an adult from our church.
Jr. High Groups:
  -meet Sundays @ 4:30 pm at the Church in the Family Life Center for games & then downstairs for study
